Noah Ringler is Head of Outtake for Government at Outtake, where he leads work on AI-agent defense for public-sector clients. He previously served as AI Policy Lead at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and as Lead Data Scientist for AI at the U.S. Treasury, where he contributed to the October 2023 Executive Order on Artificial Intelligence and to AI policy across cyberspace and critical infrastructure. He holds a master's from Georgetown University's Security Studies Program.
